GiftandFood.com & its distributors make a great effort to assure that your orders are shipped correctly. Every order is checked twice for accuracy. As soon as your order arrives at your shipping location, please check that all items have arrived and check each merchandise for any defect and/or damage immediately.
CLAIMS will fall under 3 categories:
1) Defective merchandise
2) Damaged merchandise during shipment
3) Manufacturers Guarantee defect
To return an item for credit or replacement, e-mail us at sales@GiftandFood.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization (THIS IS IMPORTANT - after the e-mail, wait for further instructions), mail (with signature confirmation) the merchandise, the completed CLAIM FORM and a copy of your invoice to:

Non-defective merchandise and cancelled orders must be returned in its original & non-damaged packaging. The non-defective merchandise and cancelled orders will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Defective merchandise must be also be returned in its original packaging.
All merchandise (that were not damaged during shipment) must be returned within 30 days of purchase or the refund request will not be honored.
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
If you received merchandise that was damaged during shipping, please contact us at sales@GiftandFood.com within 15 days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed. Damaged items during shipment must be returned within 15 days of the date of shipment or the refund request will not be honored. IMPORTANT: Please e-mail us immediately if the item is damaged or defective, then wait for further instructions.
AMOUNT OF REFUND
The following will be refunded to you ONLY if the merchandise was defective & damaged when you opened the package:
• Cost of the merchandise
• Sales tax, if applicable
• Shipping & Handling fees
If you are returning non-damaged or non-defective merchandise, or cancelling an order that has been processed and shipped, the refund will ONLY include the following:
• Cost of the merchandise
• Sales tax on the merchandise only, if applicable
The refund will be decreased by 25% of the cost of the merchandise to pay for the restocking fee.
Cancelled orders costs us money. Even if the order was cancelled one minute after it was submitted, this costs us processing time and money. Therefore, try to finalize your orders.
If you gave us an incomplete or wrong shipping address and the package is returned to us, it costs us money to re-ship the package. In this case, you will either receive a refund for the item (less S&H) or
you will need to pay for the re-shipping of the package.
Fraudulent or unfounded credit card chargebacks cost money. If you are deciding to chargeback, please contact us by e-mail first at Sales@giftandfood.com to resolve the concern. If you chargeback and failed to follow instructions for contacting us to resolve any concerns, you will need to pay us the chargeback fees incurred. Those who commit any type of fraud will be reported to the authorities.
GiftandFood.com will not refund the shipping & handling charges incurred to return the merchandise.
GiftandFood.com will not refund merchandise mishandled and/or damaged by the customer.
